The Columbine Neighborhood in Milton MA is one of tree-lined streets andbeautiful older Colonial-style homes. Its easy access to the historic Red Line Trolley for commuting into Boston, together with the ability to walk to Shields Park, Turner's Pond, the Glover School and the Central Avenue Shops such as Cakes Bakery and Esprit Du Vin wine store make it one of the desirable areas to live in Milton.  Not to mention, Milton on a whole is desirable, having recently been named the Second Best Place to Live by Money Magazine

According to data in the MLS Property Information Network, Inc., there were 11 homes that sold in the Columbine Neighborhood during the past three months.   Sales prices ranged from a low of $520,000.00 to a high of $1,091,000.00, with an average sales price of $613,091.00 and average days on the market at 79.36 days.  The days on the market was skewed by one home that took 381 days to sell.  When that home is removed from the data, the average days on the market drops to 49.20, just under two months, indicating that the Columbine Neighborhood remains a popular place to live.
