The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow in Canton MA
No, I am not talking about the weather!
While each of the schools does a great job with their plays, the Luce School Play will always hold a special place in my heart because for six years I ran the play as the parent coordinator (a/k/a the producer), working alongside a very talented and dedicated director. It was definitely a labor of love. Last year was the first year I was not involved and it was a strange feeling! Now I can simply relax in the audience and enjoy the show.
The Luce School Play is a little different from the other two elementary schools in Canton MA in that theirs is a 4th and 5th grade play (not just a 5th grade play). Personally I think that is great. It gives the kids two opportunities to participate.
Annie Jr. will be presented by the Luce School 4th and 5th graders on Friday February 3rd and Saturday February 4th at 7:00 pm at Canton High School's Morse Auditorium.
It is always a fun family event suitable for all ages. I know from experience that the students, as well as all the adults involved have been working hard to make this show a success. And, it is always a great performance. So come on out and support the Luce school students and enjoy what is sure to be a memorable performance by Canton's talented students.
