While I don't like the fact that it will be getting darker earlier, I DO like the extra hour of sleep that the time change will bring! Don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night! That way you will be on time for whatever is on your calendar on Sunday!
That extra hour of sleep sounds pretty good right about now.
On Sunday, November 3rd it's time to fall back. At 2am on Sunday, you will turn your clocks back one hour.
Now most of us will do this around 8 or 9 in the morning while making a pot of coffee. It will start to get darker in the evenings so be sure to dig that Scrabble board out and give it some use this Fall.
When springing ahead or falling back, it's also a good time of year to check the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
Remind all your followers of the upcoming time change this weekend.
