These first time home buyers were referred to me by former clients. It's always an honor when a former client thinks enough of me to recommend me to their friends and coworkers.
These busy professionals were in search of a new or almost-new single family home or condominium in Canton, Sharon or Natick. Like many of my buyers, they had done their research and narrowed their search down to communities that met their commuting and family needs. They looked at both single family homes and condos, but I felt all along that a condo would best suit their needs. With zero home-maintenance knowledge or experience, a townhouse-style condo would give them the single-family home feel with less upkeep.
After a little looking, we zeroed in on a few newer condos in Natick. Natick offered more choices of newer and larger condos than the other towns on their list. After losing out on their first option due to another buyer coming in while they were still negotiating a price, they learned from experience the second time around to reach a quicker agreement.
They settled on this lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse in South Natick Hills. Built in 2011, this unit featured many upgrades not found in other listings for this condo complex. With over 2400 square feet of living area, there was plenty of room to grow.
Listed at $730,000.00, the final sales price was $715,000.00, still below asking in the competitive spring 2015 market.
