JusticeIt's a Two for One Deal.  Not only am I a REALTOR® but I am also a practicing attorney, licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  All agents at Buyers Brokers Only LLC are both REALTORS® and Attorneys.  You get both expert real estate representation as well as legal representation through our separate law offices.  I have over twenty years of experience in the real estate field in various aspects from negotiating purchase and sale agreements to conducting closings to title review (and everything in between).  A purchase and sale agreement is a legal contract; no one should sign a legal contract without adequate legal representation.

The Two for One Deal is Free to Buyers.  Like all other real estate agents, I am paid upon the closing of a property by the split of the real estate commission offered by the Seller.  There is no charge to Buyers to use my services.  Buying a home is a costly enough proposition.  


I am an Exclusive Buyer Agent and Buyers Brokers Only, LLC is an Exclusive Buyer Agency.  We only represent buyers.  We do not list properties or represent Sellers as a real estate agent.  We have no interest in showing you one property over another.  My focus, and responsibility, is in protecting buyers in all aspects of the purchase of their home.  I will research the properties and point out potential pitfalls in any particular home, even if it means you do not purchase the property.  My goal is to help you find the best home that meets your needs, under the most advantageous terms possible.  It does not matter to me if you are a first time buyer purchasing a condominium or an experienced buyer purchasing an expensive single family home.  All clients receive the same purely buyer-focused representation.  Like all buyer agents, I will not and cannot disclose your financial status, your opinion of the property or other private information to the seller or seller agent without your permission.

number oneCustomer Service is my top priority.  I pride myself on being accessible to my clients.  Furthermore, I will take the time to explain all aspects of the buying process from start to finish.  No question is too small! I will promptly respond to all emails, voice mails and text messages both from my clients and on behalf of my clients when dealing with lenders, seller agents and seller's attorneys.  Real estate transactions are full of deadlines that must be met and details that must be followed.  You should expect prompt responses from your agent and your attorney.  Competent representation involves more than showing a property and submitting an offer.

I am a local expert.  I have lived and worked in the area for my entire life.  I grew up in Milton MA, attended college and law school in the Boston area and have lived in Canton MA for the past 17 years.  My children attend the Canton public schools and I am an active member in the local community.  If you are buying a home, you want to know information about neighborhoods, schools, traffic and more; you want the inside scoop.  Your REALTOR® can and should be one source of that information. 

Purchasing a home is a big investment.  There is no reason why you should enter into the largest transaction you may ever make without competent representation - both from your real estate agent and your attorney.

Another benefit in MA is that you can recommend a home inspector.

As you probably already know, Massachusetts General Law prohibits Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons from recommending a home inspection company or home inspector.  This prohibition does not apply when there is a signed agreement as an Exclusive Buyer Agent.
