The MLS Property Information Network reported that a total of 82 Stoughton MA homes were sold in the 3rd quarter of 2015. That is 49.1% higher than the same time last year. It is also the highest quarterly sales this year. Fifty-three homes sold in the 2nd quarter and only 32 sold in the 1st quarter. Of course, you need to remember that we were hit really hard by the especially low temperatures last winter. That had a huge impact on home sales.
