What Canton MA Buyers Need to Know
We are now entering the traditionally slower time of year for real estate sales. When snow hits the ground, Canton MA Buyers tend to hibernate. (You remember LAST winter, right?) The Federal Reserve decided to again hold off raising interest rates at their last meeting in October. However, they could change their minds when they meet next month. If this happens, mortgage rates will go up as well. There is still time to be in a new Canton MA home by the holidays. Contact your Canton MA Buyer Broker today to get started.
